The Ownership of a Villa at Xanadu Village Resort, is by way of a "Club Membership."
All Memberships are for 20 years.
This Membership allows you to have an "Exclusive Right of Occupation," of a specific Villa.
You can purchase a Villa for 12 months a year for 20 years, (just like a normal purchase) or we also allow "Fractional Memberships."
With "Fractional Memberships", you can purchase 1, 2 or 3 weeks a year for 20 years, or 1, 2, 3, 6, or 9 months a year, for 20 years.
So, for example- you can Purchase a "Club Membership" which allows you to use a specific villa, 3 months a year, for 20 years, etc!!
This is a cost effective way of Purchasing a Villa in Bali!
And remember, when you are not in residence, we can rent your villa for you!
